Respect Online Guide for Parents

FA Respect

As part of its Respect programme, The FA has a free Respect online parent guide. The online module features film content to showcase unacceptable parental behaviour and its consequences on young players. There is also commentary from well-known and grassroots football figures, including Stuart Pearce and Howard Webb.

Let's all club together and show the people ruining our game what they're up against. Join Respect F.C. and for every member, the FA will put more money into saving footy.

Club Welfare Officer

The club welfare officer has responsibility for ensuring that children and young people who play for the Eagles can play football in a safe and non threatening environment, and are not subject to any physical or oral abuse. If you have any concerns whether they arise from the behaviour of a team official or another adult associated with the club, or indeed a visiting team, please discuss them with the Club Welfare Officer. The club welfare officer will also report any incidents of serious abuse that are drawn to their attention to the appropriate authorities, irrespective of whether that abuse may occurred outside the football environment.
