Players can be registered at any time during a season.
There are no match fees but training fees are payable separately to each team manager during the season.
It was decided at the Eagles AGM held on 8 June that subscriptions for 2011/12 season shall rise by £5 for each age group so that for the coming season mini soccer u7 to u10 will pay £70 and u11 upwards will pay £80. This is because of anticipated rising costs of pitch maintenance , electricity and other club expenses. We have also lost several u11 teams from last year and despite a projected increase at u7 this could mean a significant loss of income to the club. I believe that the level of subs is still very competitive compared to other clubs in the locality and in Stevenage, and as last year there will be a club welfare fund to help parents who are unable to afford the level of membership subscription required. This should be discussed with the team manager at the time of registration.
Subscriptions will not generally be refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club executive committee. No subs are refundable after 31 December.
