The Letchworth Garden City Eagles clubhouse is available for private and community hire throughout the year.
Whether you are planning a birthday party, family celebration, meeting, presentation evening, community event or something a little different, our clubhouse offers a relaxed local setting with the flexibility to make the space work around your event.
We know that no two bookings are quite the same, which is why we don’t operate a simple one-size-fits-all package.

What can the clubhouse be hired for?
The clubhouse can be suitable for a wide range of occasions, including:

A venue that works around your event
Every hire is different.
The requirements for a children’s birthday party are very different from those for a meeting, family celebration or evening function, so we prefer to understand what you need before giving you a price.
When you enquire, it helps us to know:
- Your preferred date
- Approximate start and finish times
- The type of event
- Expected number of guests
- Ages of children, where relevant
- Any particular requirements you have
We can then confirm whether the clubhouse is available and provide the appropriate hire cost.
Planning a children’s party?
Being the home of Letchworth Garden City Eagles, the clubhouse can provide a particularly natural setting for children’s parties and family celebrations.
If you are planning a party, let us know the ages of the children, approximate numbers and what you have in mind when you complete the enquiry form.
Our Clubhouse Manager can then discuss the booking with you and make sure the proposed use of the space is suitable.
Bespoke pricing
We deliberately do not publish a fixed hire price because each booking is considered individually.
The cost will depend on factors including the date, times, nature of the event and what is required from the Club.
Making an enquiry does not commit you to booking the clubhouse and completing the form does not reserve the date.
